The Show was a Smash Success! Thank you to our wonderful vendors, experts, muscians, guests, and sponsors.  We raised 8,673 lbs of food for FOOD for Lane County.

The Country Gardener:  The show exceeded my hopes by four hundred percent!  Sign me up for the March show!

Eugene Branch, Neil Kelly:  We had no idea how great this show was! Give us the same spot for the 2010 show!

Dana, Theo Chocolates:  Great Show!  This is the easiest show to move in to, and work.  Great Show!

Kurt Katsura, Windermere Realty:  The best show yet!  I got strong leads on people getting ready to buy homes again.  Berg Productions Rocks!

Jim, Duncan Motors:  Wow! Not only did we pay for the booth immediately in onsite sales. We generated so much interest and the showroom has been busy since with our new electric bike line.

Regional Manager, Bruce & Dana Metal Roofing:  This was the best home show I've ever seen, and I've seen lots.

We Build Closets:  I've never given out so many business cards at a show before.  Sign me up for the March Show!

Guest Speaker, Fernando Pages - This is the most interesting and best looking home show I've seen in the country.

Meet Patrica Gaylor, Interior Designer 
Patricia Gaylor has practiced as an interior designer in the Northeast for more than two decades.  Pat’s passion for green design was originally fueled by her curiosity about what happened to the abundance of materials ripped out of older homes.  Today, she is recognized nationally for her earth-inspired style and designs. On the web at:  www.patriciagaylor.com .     
 

Pat was selected by renowned architect and best-selling author Sarah Susanka for the Home by Design Showhouse, and the Not So Big® Showhouse at the International Builder’s Show.  She was also the interior designer for BASF’s Better Home, Better Planet initiative with a new Showhouse that demonstrates how healthy, energy-efficient homes can be built economically with materials that enhance the homes durability and aesthetic appeal.  Pat was recently selected by Traditional Home magazine for their “Green Experts” panel in NYC.

Meet Fernando Pagés, Award Winning Green Builder & Author

Homebuilder, developer and author Fernando Pagés speaks internationally on how to build high-quality, affordable and energy efficient homes.  Pagés unique approach to homebuilding comes from years of research and experience in developing better and more efficient, environmentally sound methods of construction.

His company has won numerous awards including the 2008 "Green Building Single Family House of the Year" and the 2007 "Workforce Housing Award" from the National Association of Home Builders.  In 2006, the Department of Housing and Urban Development's PATH project chose him to build America's frist PATH Concept Home, a home that is affordable to purchase and to maintain while meeting the criteria of LEED for Homes, ENERGY STAR, MASCO Environments for Living, and the NAHB's Green Building certifications.

Pagés is the Author of Affordable Remodel: How to get custom results on any budget and Building an Affordable House: A high-value, low-cost approach to building.  he is a regular contributor to Fine Homebuilding and the Journal of Light Construction.  He has been featured in the national media including:  The New York Times, Dwell, Better Homes & Gardens, HGTV, National Public Radio and more. 

He is the President of Brighton Construction, a builder and developer in Nebraska and Wyoming, where his "Liberty Village" project shows how an infill development built for the median income level can be both green and affordable.
